Starting in 2013, Giesting and Associates structured an organization to support the supplier and distribution channel relationship. The Distribution Service Center supports all daily activities driven by the distribution channel for partnered suppliers. This includes, sales & technical support, registration assignment, pricing & escalation, etc. In many cases, the supplier has struggled with the understanding with how to support activities at a branch level efficiently & effectively. The one point of contact model has simplified the chain of support for the distributors activities as well as the supplier for multiple markets.
